We provide custom travel planning and itinerary design services for families and individuals. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Personalized travel itineraries.
• Destination recommendations.
• Accommodation suggestions.
• Activity and experience recommendations.
• Transportation guidance.
• Budget planning support.
• Booking links and travel resources.

All deliverables are provided digitally (typically via Google Docs or PDF).

Affiliate Disclosure

Some of the links provided in your travel itinerary or recommendations may be affiliate links. This means we may earn a small commission if you choose to book or purchase through those links, at no additional cost to you.

We only recommend services, accommodations, and activities that we believe may be helpful for your trip based on research and experience. However, you are under no obligation to use any of the links provided.

2. No Travel Agency Services

We are not a licensed travel agency, travel agent, or tour operator.

We do not:

• Book flights, hotels, transportation, or activities on your behalf.
• Accept payments for third-party services.
• Act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers.

All bookings and payments are the sole responsibility of the client.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Booking all travel arrangements independently.
• Ensuring passport, visa, and entry requirements are met.
• Purchasing appropriate travel insurance.
• Verifying all travel information, pricing, and availability with third-party providers.

We are not responsible for changes, errors, or issues made by third-party providers.

4. No Guarantee of Availability or Pricing

All recommendations are based on research at the time of planning. Prices, availability, schedules, and conditions may change at any time and are not guaranteed.

5. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times will be agreed upon after purchase and intake form submission.

Typical delivery times range from 7–21 business days depending on package and complexity.

Delays caused by incomplete client information may extend delivery timelines.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services:

• Refunds are not provided once work has begun.
• If you cancel before work has started, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
• No refunds are provided for completed itineraries or delivered work.

7. Revisions & Changes

Each package includes a limited number of revisions as specified in your service tier.

Additional revisions or major trip changes may incur additional fees.

Each planning package includes a set number of revisions so we can fine-tune your itinerary and make sure it fits your family perfectly.

• Mini Getaway Plan: 1 revision round.
• Family Vacation: up to 2 revision rounds.
• Premium Family Vacation Plan: up to 2 revision rounds.
• Custom / Extended Planning: up to 3 revision rounds (or reasonable adjustments based on scope).

Revisions are intended for small adjustments such as hotel swaps, activity changes, or itinerary pacing updates.

A revision constitutes:

✔ swapping hotels
✔ changing activities
✔ adjusting daily pacing
✔ minor route/logistics changes

NOT:
❌ changing the destination
❌ rebuilding the entire itinerary
❌ adding multiple new cities
❌ changing trip length or dates

Major changes—such as switching destinations, significantly altering travel dates, or rebuilding the itinerary from scratch—may require additional fees.

If you need more changes than included in your package, additional revisions can be purchased at a flat rate.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Travel disruptions, cancellations, delays, or changes.
• Injuries, losses, damages, or accidents during travel.
• Issues arising from third-party services or bookings.
• Financial losses due to travel changes or supplier errors.

All travel is undertaken at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All travel itineraries, guides, and materials provided are for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.

10. Communication

Clients agree to communicate through provided email channels or intake forms. Response times may vary depending on workload and time zones.

11. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a service or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
